Policies and Exhibitor Guidelines

The Iowa Chapter of the American College of Cardiology abides by and enforces the following policies and guidelines regarding exhibits at all educational meetings.

• All exhibit booths must be manned at all times during viewing hours.  No sales are permitted at the exhibit booths.  
• Aisles must be kept clear and no banners, signs, etc. will be allowed which interfere with views of adjacent or nearby booths.
  
• No subletting of space will be permitted.
  
• Only exhibiting companies may distribute literature or samples. 
  
• Exhibitors should make reservations by May 15, 2020.  No refunds for cancellations after June 1, 2020.
  
• Exhibitors are requested not to hold events or entertain attendees during any educational or social events sponsored by the ACC Iowa Chapter.
  
• It is expressly understood that, in purchasing and using space, the exhibitor agrees to abide by these regulations; moreover, that the Iowa Chapter of the 
        American College of Cardiology, in accepting an order for space agrees to furnish ordinary facilities and services as enumerated in these guidelines.
